Ep 15. Direct Payments with Jenny and Sash

Alison is back on the microphone and isn't talking 'workforcey stuff'. This time, she is joined by Jenny (Lincolnshire County Council) and Sash (Person with Lived Experience) to discuss Direct Payments and how they support people. These are one way of being able to support people with a cash equivalent to service provision so people can make their own choices about their care based on what matters to them most.
