There are 25 Cafes in operation across Lincolnshire so join Caty as she chats with Donna (person with lived experience) and Stacey (manager) about this fantastic, non-clinical, support for people's mental health. 
Together they share how the groups work and the positive impact of the community sector in creating safe spaces. Donna's lived experience has inspired her to help others and in her open and honest account she provides us with a perspective that she says "turned my life around".
